1. Existing export
Export the current Notion database as CSV.
2. Incoming merge
Select the CSV you intend to add or merge.
What this does — and does not do
Does: flags blank keys, duplicates inside the incoming CSV, and incoming rows whose selected key already exists in the existing export.
Does not: connect to Notion, compare every field, identify fuzzy/similar names, resolve conflicts, guarantee import mapping, or replace a backup and manual review. Notion CSV merge behavior and your selected key remain your responsibility.
